apt install nginx

systemctl status nginx

systemctl restart nginx

systemctl reload nginx

ss -ltup

Após qualquer modificação no arquivo, restart o serviço nginx.

HTTP 80 port já esta sendo usada:

sudo service apache2 stop
sudo systemctl restart nginx
